For conferences, galas, and large-scale productions, we recommend getting in touch 3-6 months before your event date. For corporate parties and smaller events, 4-6 weeks is typically sufficient. That said - if your timeline is tighter than that, reach out anyway. We'll tell you honestly what's possible and what adjustments might be needed.
